Danielle Jones was born to high school parents and grew up across Northern California in a multiple time split home, with several siblings and step-siblings. She graduated from California State University, Chico, and then came to the Bay Area to attend law school and eventually call it home to her own family.

Dani attended law school at Golden Gate University School of Law, where she achieved the Academic Excellence in Litigation Award upon graduating, and the Witkin Award in Professional Responsibility. Dani also earned a specialization in litigation during her tenure at Golden Gate University. During law school, Dani participated on the national Mock Trial Team, traveling across the country to Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Connecticut. In one of these national competitions, she earned the Best Closing Argument award.

While in school and competing, Dani also worked for a private criminal defense attorney in Martinez, CA, whose focus was on defending clients facing either the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Dani has vast experience at all levels and in various areas of the criminal defense world. Since her beginning as an attorney, Dani has resolved several matters favorably for her clients and continues fighting for their rights daily.

In the early stages of her career as a criminal defense attorney, Dani quickly came to realize that there are often several family law issues that bleed into the criminal courtroom. Instead of turning her clients away, she chose to take on family law and learn how to help her clients with all of their issues both in criminal court and in family court. Additionally, coming from a split home has assisted Dani in her attention to specific details, sensitivity to certain issues, and an overall understanding of the impact family court has after adjourned and everyone goes home.

Dani takes each one of her client’s cases personally and handles each with individualized care. She has devoted her career to fighting for the justice to ensure her client’s rights are not ignored and they receive the respect they’re due. Everyone has a voice, and Dani has chosen to help her clients be heard.
